Kelly Lincoln is from Bethel and she has been grass weaving since she was born. “I love that we can harvest this natural material from our beloved land and create beautiful and useful things like our grandmothers and mothers who taught us,” she said. Her family is from Kipnuk and Toksook Bay. “When I look at others’ grasswork I feel inspired and connected to my culture and people.”
